Accessing the login page
What you see at coassemble.com/signin, the three routes it offers, and which one to pick.
Go to coassemble.com/signin. The page asks which of three things you're doing: signing back in, creating an account, or opening your training for the first time. Pick the one that matches you and it takes you to the right next step.
The three options
- I'm a returning user. You already have a Coassemble account and want to sign back in.
- I want to create an account. You don't have one yet. This takes you to the sign-up form, which asks for your work details, including a job title. Free email domains aren't accepted, so use your work email address.
- I want to access my training for the first time. Someone has shared a course with you. You don't need an account for this.
Signing back in
Choosing I'm a returning user opens the sign-in options:
- Log in with Google
- Log in with Microsoft
- Log in with Slack
- Or enter your email address under Enter your email and select Continue.
If you don't have an account yet, there's a Get started here link at the bottom of that screen.
Frequently asked questions
Do learners need an account to take a course?
No. If a course has been shared with you, choose I want to access my training for the first time and follow the prompts. There's nothing to install and no account to create.
Which sign-in method should I use?
Whichever one your account was created with. If you signed up with Google, Microsoft or Slack, use that button rather than the email field.
I get "you do not have an account" when I enter my email.
The address you typed isn't registered. Check whether your account is attached to a different address, and remember that accounts are created through the sign-up form with a work email address rather than a personal one.
